Set in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with superb views from almost every window to the sea or National Trust countryside. Just across the road to the beach makes is a favourite location for traditional family seaside holidays. Combesgate is a delightful sandy cove for exploring rock pools, making sandcastles or surfing.

Nearby restaurants include The Rock Inn, Blue Groove, Ebrington Arms, and Royal Bengal Restaurant.
