Facilities never maintained - Inadequate autumn / winter facilities - Accomodation clean but beds uncomfortable and four poster beds extremely unstable.

Positives: Quiet location, fresh eggs and welcoming cakes. Good location to visit cornwall.

Negatives: Very poor access in Autumn / Winter months due to extremes of mud on access driveways, Facilities have never updated and are very inadequate for wet days - Leaking roofs. Owners never available.
