Situated in a peaceful, charming, Georgian terrace, within a short walking distance of Exeter city centre our delightful townhouse is perfect for a city break, business trip or as a stop off en-route to the South West.

We are particularly proud of our high standards, personal service and attention to detail, for which we have been accredited the prestigious Gold Award 2008 for Guest Accommodation.

We have ten en-suite bedrooms; three of them are conveniently accessed from street level.

Our light, vibrant and spacious south facing rooms enjoy views over our garden towards Exeter's famous cathedral. You'll find our front facing rooms tastefully furnished in traditional Georgian decor.

Nearby restaurants include The Olive Tree Restaurant, The Dolphin Fish Bar, The Gandhi Cuisine, and The Gandhi Indian Cuisine.
