TRELOW FARMHOUSE - Silver Horse Glade, Cornwall’s Crealy.
Sleeps 12, in 6 bedrooms (2 ensuite). There are numerous steps in the property, into the conservatory, into/out of lounge, pool room, dining room, kitchen & two steps down to utility & downstairs bathroom. Not at all suitable for the elderly or those with walking difficulties or sight problems.
Downstairs twin bedroom is quite a walk to the bathroom, through the dining room, down step into hall & down a further two steps into the utility & then into the bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms consist of the master bedroom with ensuite & 1 further double ensuite. 1 double, 1 single & 1 triple bedroom, family bathroom. Cast iron table outside looks over a field of ponies, the end of the theme park & fields. It's set away from the other property in the same complex, but right next to the maintenance storage units for the theme park.

Positives: Booking Secretary (Jane) very helpful & accommodating. Good location for site seeing. Very large property.

Negatives: In ALL bathrooms/ensuites the windows didn't close, dirty nets & curtains (mould & mildew where the weather & dirty had damaged them over several months of windows being open. Broken towel rails, had to change light bulbs on arrival as no lights working in lounge & various bedrooms. Dirty windows, cheap bed throws & Ill fitted bed linen. Master Ensuite shower extremely slow to drain, so you have to stop the shower periodically to stop the water going over the sides of the tray. Take DVD's as large selection of VHS tapes, but only a DVD player (only a couple of DVD's available)Broadband not available throughout our stay. Not 5 star, 3/4 star at very best. Had to look for someone to return key on leaving the cottage. Poor Customer Service, on checking everything was ok, after we were two nights flushing the ensuite with a bucket of water & other issues were raised. Shame.
