We had a lovely week. Fabulous location - right out in the country and only a short walk from Cabis bay - 15 mins tops! Beware of the climb on the way back up though! Lots of room at the cottage - ensuite for main bedroom, shower and sink for bedroom two, main bathroom with bath, extra downstairs toilet and extra spacious shower room upstairs with toilet - a complete surprise as this was not clearly available in description! Great garden and fantastic gas BBQ available for free - just ask the owners for it when you arrive - we used it twice and worked like a dream!! Very quiet area, surrounded by chickens, horses and next door to owners cottage if any problems! (Generally leave you alone unless you need any help but very friendly and helpful if you need it - perfect!)

Positives: Bathroom / shower of sorts for each room very useful!
Clean and lots of room for all!
Great location - only short walk from carbis bay and can get bus into st ives ( 5 mins) or walk (40 mins). Can also get bus from Tesco!
Great countryside location - surrounded by chickens, horses and owners cottage - on hand for any problems!
Loved the balcony with lovely views
Loved the garden and BBQ which was free to use and available for free on request including use of gas bottle - we had TWO bbqs but could have had more as stayed in garden for whole time!!!

Negatives: - Soundproofing between rooms not great and could be improved but fine if you are all getting up at same time each day.
