The recently restored Leach Pottery is within easy reach and there are a multitude of individual galleries to discover, displaying paintings and ceramics.

St Ives abounds with good food in restaurants and shops. A meal of the local freshly caught fish is not to be missed. There are activities to suit everyone, from walking out on the coastal path towards Lelant or Zennor, through stunning scenery, to excellent live music in pubs and venues in the town. The jazz club, meeting weekly, is host to eminent musicians. Sports of every sort are catered for, from water sports including a great surfing beach, to tennis, golf and riding nearby.
