Arches Bed And Breakfast is a bed & breakfast located in St Austell.

Arches was originally part of an old Victorian boys school built in the early 1900's, which has been renovated into Bed & Breakfast accommodation, comprising of large and spacious en-suite rooms and a guest dinning room.

Guests also have the use of our conservatory and patio. The Green room with it's grand luxurious four poster bed and the red room our twin have great views overlooking the via duct Bridge and woodland area.

All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities,colour TV with Freeview and silent mini fridges.

Our Breakfast menu is quite extensive and we also supply a picnic menu at a small extra charge if required.
