Coachyard Mews is a modern development of 6 cottages - a selection of 2- and 3-bed homes - right in the heart of the town, just up from the harbour and shops, and opposite Rick Stein's St. Petroc's Hotel and Restaurant in New Street. Each of these cottages has the benefit of parking adjacent to the property. These cottages were built by the current owner in 1992, and they are tastefully decorated, very well equipped and beautifully maintained throughout.
