The Glenleigh is situated overlooking St. Michaels Mount and Mounts Bay, one of the safest and cleanest beaches in Cornwall. It has been owned and run by the Hales family for over 25 years. The building was built in 1898 as the home of a prosperous farmer. The Victorian charm of the building remains unchanged, but with all of the modern amenities that you would expect in a small good hotel. Marazion is the gateway to the fairy tale setting of St Michaels Mount which becomes an island at high tide, but can be reached on foot by the causeway at low tide. The coastal paths and inland by- ways around Marazion are an absolute delight and provide hours of endless walking pleasure.

This beautiful area has excellent facilities for those who enjoy angling with specialised trips for shark fishing, deep sea angling pier fishing and superb coastline for shore angling. A wide variety of opportunities abound for windsurfing, water-skiing and sailing.
