Located between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, nine miles from the historic Stannary Town of Tavistock and four miles south of the ancient capital of Cornwall, Launceston, yet only thirty minutes drive from the North Coast.

Built in the Eighteenth Century the Cottage was extensively extended in the 1970's and has recently undergone major sympathetic renovation to enhance the original features.

Nearby restaurants include Angels, Racey Plaice, Chung Hing Chinese Takeaway, and Launceston Fryers.
