This hotel is in need of a renovation. The room carpet was soiled and worn. The price was about right for the quality (or lack thereof).
Positives: Laundry facilities.
Negatives: Hotel definitely needs renovation. Room carpet was soiled and worn.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the Worcester Shrewsbury Days Inn. The rooms were a little nicer than I expected; the continental breakfast a little less than I expected, and everything else fell somewhere in-between. Very close to Worcester/Shrewsbury area, convenient access. Not so convenient to return to hotel, because you have to drive past the hotel for about a mile, u-turn, and drive back to get in the lot. Not so bad if you're expecting it. Other than that, it was great.
Positives: Room commodities: microwave, mini fridge, safe box, coffee maker - awesome for a 2 star hotel!
Negatives: Divided highway means you have to turn right and do a u-turn to go left, pretty inconvenient. Also, limited breakfast items, few healthy choices.

It was okay for what I needed for a couple of nights. I'd say if you are on business and just need a quiet motel to just sleep this one would be okay.
Positives: The desk clerks in the evening and the morning were very helpful and friendly.
Negatives: It's difficult to access due to the middle barrier on the road.

I liked the staff; it seemed that days inn is not the quality that they were 20 years ago.
Positives: Near where we wanted to be.
Negatives: Continental breakfast presentation messy, rooms need refurbished.

The facility was adequate, although I had trouble sleeping below some heavy footed guests who came in late and left early. The continental breakfast was so poorly run they didn't have a knife to slice the bagels. A little attention by management could probably improve things here pretty quickly.
Positives: It was clean.
Negatives: It was noisy.

Dreary rooms, no towels, indifferent staff. I would not want to stay there again.
Positives: It was in the area we wanted.
Negatives: It's a dump.
