Despite the fact that this is a Hilton hotel, we would rate the bathroom four stars and the room two stars. We were given no information about the cost of breakfast in the breakfast room until after we had continental breakfast there the first morning. Imagine our shock to discover it was $25.00 each! Based on our overall experience, we would not go to this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
Positives: Bathroom was nice.
Negatives: Room small; closet (actually a wardrobe) totally inadequate.

This hotel is very conveniently located in Central London. There is a bus stop in front, and it is a 5 minute or less walk to the Euston tube station or the St. Pancras-Kingscross station. There is an Enterprise car rental less than 2 blocks down the street. The room was very comfortable and room service was very good.
Positives: Comfortable bed, air conditioning, room service, location.
Negatives: Traffic noise in front facing rooms.

Hotel with tiny rooms located in back of beyond (for my purposes) in an uncharming part of London. But it's new and clean.
Positives: Staff helpful.

It is a great choice, for cleanness and location. Small but well kept. Free access to a nice relaxing gym was plus. I'm happy with the experience.

Nice bar, nice resturant, good location. Simply fullfill our expections, excpet they didn't respect our reservations for the first night.

There seems to be little control over the number of stars that are assigned to a hotel. Our room was very small (ca. 9 ft X 12 ft). The double bed was accessible only from one side. The staff was good. Breakfast was not included, but was available for an additional $30.00/person. In my 50 years of visits to London, this is the first time that a full English breakfast was not part of the room rate.
Positives: Very helpful concierge
Negatives: They overbooked and tried to steer us to another hotel.

I'm not a writer but this is an older hotel that's been recently taken over by Hilton.Location good, service good, rooms a good size for Europe and clean.We were allowed to check in at noon instead of the posted 3pm which really was nice.Staff very professional and helpful.Well worth price we paid.

The Hilton Euston was a good hotel for the price we paid, though it wasn't quite up to the Hilton standard. As mentioned, the facilities are in need of a renovation, and the location is quite a bit outside of central London. However, it's very close to the Euston tube stop, so if one is using the tube, it's quite convenient. If you want to be within walking distance of London sights or good restaurants, it would be better to stay elsewhere.

Negatives: The hotel is rather old and dated--paint is peeling, and in general needs to be renovated.
