The hotel was nice. I had nothing but problems in my room from dirty towels and hair on the bathroom floor to no internet access. I would never stay here again.

Positives: The ladies from the front desk were amazingly helpful.

Negatives: Internet, phone and key problems everyday.

Hotel itself was not bad (but no restaurant at hotel). Not a convenient base to explore London; long haul to get to center of London. Kind of desolate area at night. No moderate priced restaurants in area; limited selection, had to ask at desk where they were. If using public transportation (tube) to get to/from Heathrow Airport, dragging luggage up/down stairs and along tunnels, very exhausting.

Positives: Friendly, helpful staff.

Negatives: No restaurant in hotel or moderate price in surrounding area.

Hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the London Tower and tour bus stop, but across the road from the Thames River where we found St. Katherine's Dock which was a great "undiscovered" area with restaurants/shops! The staff found money that my son had left near the computer, put it in an envelope and brought it to me the next time I was in the lobby! They were very helpful with all of my questions and pleasant to be around!

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: It was located in an area that was more "industrial".

I thought this hotel was great. Not only was it near the train station, but it was affordable, clean, and had a good breakfast. The only negative is that I don't think there is too much to do around there (not too many restaurants, etc.) But since the train is so close it's fine.

Positives: It was clean with a good breakfast and close to the train station.

Negatives: There doesn't seem to be much near the hotel.

This hotel was very nice - great for the money. It is within walking distance of the train, is very quiet, and the rooms are very large for European rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice, and arranged local transportation for us without any problems. We had a wonderful stay!

Positives: The staff was very helpful in arranging local transportation.

Negatives: The sheets were stained.

Not at all a bad option for the lime house stop.

Positives: Very helpful staff.

Negatives: A water main break caused shower outages. This was repaired in due course.
