The hotel was well located and on the tube line that goes to Heathrow airport. The rooms were small but modern and very clean.
Positives: It was a fantastic location and located just 1/2 block away from the tube.
Negatives: The in-room Internet connection was 15 pounds per day per device.

The hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. It is within 1/2 mile of the St Pancras train station and within walking distance of most popular London attractions. It is one block from a subway station and has excellent bus service within two blocks.

The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out. The room was small by US standards, but plenty big enough for 3 adults (we requested a roll-away bed, rather than use the sleeper sofa). The AC was great - we could adjust the temperature of the room easily and everyone was very comfortable.
Positives: Fabulous location near Russell Square tube stops! Comfortable room; great water pressure in the shower!
Negatives: The only thing I didn't like was that you had to use your room card in the elevator - a great safety feature, but the card reader was temperamental.

It's a great location, clean rooms and nice staff. The breakfast and WiFi were extremely expensive.
Positives: Nice appointments in the room.

Clean hotel in a good location near the British Museum and University of London. Beware of the front desk staff, as they'll try to claim that you haven't yet been charged for the room, and they'll insist on charging you again. I stayed there twice, and it happened both times. Otherwise, a great value and really close to the Russell Square tube stop!
Positives: The location is good and the hotel is clean, although extremely ugly.
Negatives: They tried to charge me again for the room, claiming that I had not yet been charged for it!

Well located, modern, and clean. The room had a refrigerator which is extremely rare in London in my experience. All in all we were very happy with our stay at this hotel.
Positives: The location was fantastic.
Negatives: There wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.

Good place to stay in central London that is close to the University of London and 15 minutes walk to the theatre district.

A quiet, family-friendly hotel in the heart of Bloomsbury with clean and well appointed rooms, half a block from the Tube, an easy walk to a ton of tourist attractions and the British Library. I loved the location and the service.
Positives: Loved the location and the fact that it was quiet.
Negatives: Reception clerks tried to charge us for the room; we were initially given a smaller room than requested.

The area is near a university, and definitely trends young. The hotel seemed slightly dowdy for a Holiday Inn.

Well-situated, 10 minutes by tube to Leicester Square, 200 meters from the tube station with a supermarket across the street, clean, nice rooms - what more can one ask for?!
Positives: This hotel is better than most 4 stars I have tried in Paris.
Negatives: None of the staff spoke English except at the reception!
