Arun Sands is a bed & breakfast located in Littlehampton.

Our gorgeous Victorian style townhouse has a great location: situated opposite the beach and overlooking to the Harbour Park Amusement centre, river Arun and little boating pond. Just 15 minutes walk from Littlehampton railway station and 10 minutes stroll from the High Street.

We have 8 letting rooms and they are all en-suite. The most popular two spacious family rooms (one of them even with individual balcony!) have a beautiful seaview. Arun Sands can accommodate 20 guests in one time - friends and family reunions are welcome!

Nearby restaurants include Raj Doot, River Breeze, Oscas Fish & Chips, and Harvester.
