A nice warm welcome awaits you at this B & B, wish we had found it years ago. Rooms are very clean and tidy with en-suite, would recommend the cooked breakfast. Handy for NEC only 1 stop away and less than a 3 minute walk to the train station. We have already booked again for next year.
