I was made to feel really welcome. Mr and Mrs Duckmanton were the perfect hosts, friendly and suggesting local places of interest for me to visit, without being intrusive. I had asked the tourist office for a B&B that was quiet but not too far out, and this fitted perfectly. The guest house is lovely and quiet and yet within easy walking distance of the beach and cliffs. The food was excellent. My bedroom was spacious and very clean.

Positives: Perfect situation for anyone who wants to be away from the traffic and noise of central Lowestoft, and yet within a ten minute walk of the main attractions.
