This hotel is exactly as advertised on the tin. New, modern facilities that befitted the name Ramada. The staff were helpful to the point where you wondered why they were being so nice. A pity the fire alarm went off and we had to stand outside in the cold, but I suppose that couldn't be helped. The only down side I could see was the rather high nightly charge per room. I think this is possibly due to Ramada exploiting the lack of competition in the immediate area.

Positives: Staff very helpfull and polite. Hotel facilities modern and of high standard.

Negatives: Nightly room charge a bit high I think!

I want free Internet access at this hotel. A hotel such as this should provide access free. Your competitors do this and you are far behind the curve.

Positives: Staff was very nice

Negatives: No internet access in the hotel. I had to drive 10 miles to an internet cafe. I will more than likley not stay here again due to the lack of internet access.
