Places to stay in Braiseworth, Suffolk

Braiseworth is a village in Suffolk. It has never reached any great size, and no longer has its own parish church. The medieval church was dismantled in the 1850s, parts being incorporated into the new church, consecrated in 1857 and designed by the Victorian "rogue" architect Edward Buckton Lamb, who also designed the controversial town hall at nearby Eye. This new church was disused in the 1970s and is now a private house. Local restaurants include The Auburge, Eye Fish & Chip Shop, Restaurant At The Cornwallis Country Hotel, and Knight's Restaurant.

The center of Braiseworth ( which is at is longitude 1°7'35.593 and latitude 52°18'11.018 ) is located 2 miles away from Yaxley, 3 miles away from Brome, 7 miles away from Monk Soham and 9 miles away from Fressingfield.
