The eight hundred year old Clun Castle ruins can be seen from approximately two hundred feet away with the hills of the beautiful Shropshire countryside beyond. There is a lovely pathway around the castle ruins and runs alongside the Clun river, which provides a beautiful walk for those interested in the historical side of Clun.
