Built in 1892 as part of the Earl Manvers Holme Pierrepont Estate, this pair of former farm workers cottages were restored and converted to a single dwelling by the present owners in 1984. The cottage stands in an acre of garden with hard tennis court and is directly opposite the main entrance to the National Water Sports Centre and only three miles from the centre of Nottingham.
