Home-made bread, cakes and preserves are a specialty.An ideal base for exploring both coast and countryside, 'Hedgefield' is situated in the village of Sleights, close to the picturesque North York Moors National Park with it's famous steam railway, and in the heart of 'Heartbeat' country. The house is a few minutes drive from Whitby with it's wealth of attractions, festivals and stunning coastal scenery. The area is well served by local buses and trains. Walkers and cyclists are especially welcome. Drying facilities and overnight cycle storage are available.
