Would never stay here again! Upon arrival there was no-one to greet us although we had informed them of our arrival time. When we did get into the flat thanks to the people in the adjoining cafe, there were random heaters and hoovers scattered around the rooms. The kitchen was not fit to use, the fridge stank as it had been switched of with the door closed and there was stagnant water in the freezer drawers. All the cutlery was filthy coated in tea and coffee stains and there were dried food stains on the plates and dried up coffee dregs in the mugs. On top of the fridge were three hair bands with clumps of hair. The bin had a liner in but when we emptied this there were used teabags and stale food in the bottom of the bin. As a result of this we ate out and did not eat in the flat at all, rather defeating the benefits of self-catering. Obviously the flat had not been cleaned to any decent standard at all!
