Very peaceful and private. Mezzanine bedrooms, many beams, York tombstone floor in kitchen, very high standard of fixtures and fittings. Period property and probably unique atmosphere and character (ghosts not guaranteed).

Two bedrooms , large lounge (with font!), kitchen/dining area , bathroom with cast iron bath, very large garden and pond (fenced off) , full central heating. Has disabled access and parking for two cars. Linen and central heating included.

Nearby restaurants include The Turnor Arms, and The Ivy.
