The property is an annexe to our bungalow and we benefit from having no near neighbours and we are set back about 40 yards from the road.

We are a mile out side the village of Freiston. The village facilities include 2 pubs, both of which do food, a butchers, a village shop with a post office, this is open 7 days a week, and a church. There is also a daily bus service into Boston or Skegness.

Local dining options close to Avocet-rest include Butterwick Fryer, Butterwick Fryer Ltd, The Bricklayers Arms, and Johnsons of Boston.
