absolutely no welcome, the bedding was faded and the mattress and pillows lumpy, the shower had black mould, the car park area was totally inadequate, manic and total chaos, made worse by children on bikes and scooters whizzing between the parked vehicles, the breakfast was good, even excellent but sadly we had no time to enjoy it as it was served 15 mins late on both days ( even though we stressed that time was of the essence as we were there to exhibit at the lincolnshire show ) . The host served the breakfast wearing the same grubby skirt and vest that she wore for all of the 3 days we stayed, without even bothering to wear an apron or indeed brush her hair, (we did find it a worry that she was cooking and serving food in the same clothes she had cleaned toilets and bathrooms in with even the benefit of an apron ), frankly 5 mins after our arrival i just wanted to leave again,

Positives: excellent breakfast

Negatives: no bath ( even though i was promised one ) lumpy pillows, mould in shower, unfriendly host, faded bedding, awful parking, scruffy appearence of host, breakfast served late. hygene in food preparation area ( no apron, grubby clothing, hair unbrushed and not tied back ) worrying.
