For a quick trip to play in Wendover, this hotel was great. Awesome and friendly staff. The bed was comfy and it was quiet nice change from the noisy casino and casino hotel. We will stay here again.
Positives: The front desk guy was super nice.
Negatives: Needed a couple more towels.

It was kind of a dumpy older hotel. I definitely don't think that it was worth the price! I would never stay there again and I would never recommend it to anybody. The heater was broken in all the rooms so they had these portable space heaters that didn't even warm the room up. They had to bring us another space heater to even get it semi warm in there! The staff seemed helpful though when we asked them to bring us another, they did.
Positives: How close it was to the casinos.
Negatives: Kind of dumpy, the heater didn't work and it was very cold.

Liked the hotel, desk clerk insisted I had to pay for room when I got there. He did not want to see my paperwork about it already being paid for. Do I contact you about this because he will not listen to me again?
Positives: Nice big rooms for price.
Negatives: Desk clerk charged me again.

If it were not for the problems listed on #14 it would have been a very nice stay.
Positives: Reasonably priced.
Negatives: Our shower didn't work, windows rattled all night, we had no "do not disturb sign" & we were disturbed.

The front desk staff was friendly but had bad body odor. The room was clean and all facilities worked as expected for a one (max) star motel. The biggest complaint that I have is the maid service walked in the room without knocking twice before the scheduled check out time.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: The maid came into the room twice w/o knocking first.
