Situated in the grounds of a beautiful 17th Century barn, and surrounded by acres of rolling farmland, hosts Julie and Simon have restored and renovated three lovely, and spacious, outhouses to offer a B&B in Lymington that enjoys a peaceful location, with easy access to discover the whole of the New Forest.

Guests can choose a double, or family sized B&B annex for their stay- all enjoying deluxe en-suites, with luxury linen, free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and hot drink-making facilities as standard.

After a home-cooked full English breakfast, the three sun-trapped annexes also have their own patio - perfect to enjoy a morning coffee & book from, or sip on an al-fresco wine before supper!
