It was a great place to stay and though the room was a bit small, it was wonderful in every other way.
Positives: It's location was excellent for getting to all the attractions.
Negatives: Food was so expensive in the resturante.

Very good location - about five minutes from Kensington Palace and a couple of tube stops. Beds were really comfortable. Room was modern and quiet. Best of all, there were US style 110V electrical plugs in the room. This was a Godsend as we were finally able to recharge some of our electrical gadgets. Front desk staff was overwhelmingly friendly. Very good price.
Positives: Really comfortable beds. Great location.
Negatives: Room had a rather depressing view of a back alley.

WOW. This was a huge room for a London hotel -- big queen bed, nice desk, big bathroom, gorgeous. All the amenities including an American power outlet. The gym was small but workable (and most London hotels have no gym at all). The staff was great, very accommodating, my room was ready at 10am on the day I checked in. Free oranges at the front desk and in the gym, electric kettle with cocoa, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Fabulous.
Positives: Big room, great bed, serviceable gym, nice staff.
Negatives: A little far from the Tube station.

The stay at the hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
Positives: Very clean and the staff at check-in and at the concierge desk were very helpful.
Negatives: Paying 15 pounds a day to use the internet was outrageous.

I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean as well as the overall appearance of the hotel. The hotel was only about a half mile from the underground with plenty of small coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The only complaint is the hotel charges 15 GBP per day for the use of the internet! If your a sports fan of American sports, I would suggest the sports cafe in Piccadilly Square.
Positives: Staff was very helpful.
Negatives: Charging for the internet.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. They didn't have a room ready when we arrived at 1pm and at that out of all the rooms didn't have one with anything bigger than one queen bed. However, 3 hours later they had our room ready and held our bags for us while we waited. It was a nice, clean room.
Positives: Hotel was only about 5 mins from Glouster St tube station which was handy. Sainsbury's across the street for snacks.
Negatives: They couldn't get us anything big than one queen bed, but they did squeeze a cot in for one child (we have 2).

For the amount I paid this hotel was a good value but I would have been very disappointed if I had paid anything more. Staff was not trained well and was generally not very friendly.
Positives: Very clean.
Negatives: Staff not trained well.

Positives: Bedding, roomy for Europe hotels, quite convenient.
Negatives: Not anything I can think of right now.
