The rooms were standard Marriott rooms, I could have been in London, Paris or Dubai. Clean, good sized and comfortable. However, the staff made all the difference, they were very helpful and friendly.
Positives: Very helpful staff.
Negatives: No free Internet.

Good base, questionable neighborhood, great staff, clean room large by European standards and bathroom was wonderful with tub and shower.
Positives: Staff was great.
Negatives: WIFI in room not free.

This hotel is a short walk from the Kilburn Park Underground Station. Lobby area is standard Marriott fare, while it seems the rooms have not yet made the Marriott renovation list. They were clean but a bit worn and the bathroom needed some repairs to tile and such. However, it was a good place to rest your head for the night and get around the town easily on the Tube.
Positives: Close to London underground.
Negatives: Mattress wasn't comfortable, and rooms were dated.

It is old, not very clean, housekeeping does not clean the rooms/bathrooms or replace used coffee cups-they just don't take the pride in doing the job.
Positives: Front desk staff was courteous.
Negatives: House keeping.

The location was close to two or more tube stations and very convenient. Both the lobby and rooms were very well appointed and beautiful. There was ample room to move around and everything was clean with great friendly and helpful staff. Definitely the top of the three star hotels.
Positives: The location was very good in relation to the city and transportation.
Negatives: Not in the best part of town.

The staff was extremely helpful with all of our needs and questions. The location was very close to the Cliburn tube stop was not in a dangerous area. We felt safe during the day and late at night while walking to and from the tube stop (about 4 blocks). The bed was comfortable and clean, and if you do not mind taking 15 minutes to get to the center of the city, it was a very quiet and convenient location.
Positives: Staff was very helpful, location to tube was great.
Negatives: Room was tight on space, even for 2 people.

Positives: The bed was comfortable.

A typical business hotel located 10 - 15 minute tube ride outside of central London. Rooms were on the small side but adequate. Clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions.

Negatives: Charged for internet connection.

I was happy with my stay at this hotel. We were given a beautiful and comfortable room, and received great service throughout our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located near the underground; it only takes about 5-10 minutes on the train to get to Central London. The surrounding neighborhood is fine and not too busy, perfect to return to after touring around.
Positives: Very comfortable hotel, great service, convenient to the underground.
Negatives: Internet prices too high (15 GBP for 24 hours access).

Overall decent but not great. Location was fairly close to tube stop, but not in an active neighborhood.
Positives: Location with respect to tube stop was good.
Negatives: Rooms were not spacious.

The hotel was as expected, but the location was less than optimum. Would not stay there again. A really great Italian restaurant across the street that I highly recommend.
Positives: Good sized room and moderate price.
Negatives: Location did not appear to be safe at night.

We had only a brief stay, and wanted to accomplish two conflicting goals - to relax before the long flight home, and to see something of London. The hotel staff was able to advise us how best to go about this, and then made it possible for us to get both things done. On the whole, it was a delightful stay.
Positives: Staff we encountered always helpful and friendly.
Negatives: Some difficulty with language (English in England!).
