Very unfriendly, old ugly rooms, loud, food horrible, no help for business travelers-definitely a no go!
Positives: Nothing, poor service, no taxis, worst food ever, very unfriendly staff, the noisiest room I ever had, old hotel, ugly!
Negatives: Food horrible-unhelpful staff-noisiest rooms ever-no transportation.

The hotel is a Marriott. Marriott bedding, facilities were all there. The rooms were very clean and looked recently remodeled. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the tube and then 15 or so minutes to get into central London (Green Park) / Westminster. Concierge staff was extremely helpful including venturing out into the cold morning blocks away from the hotel to try and hail a cab during a recent tube strike. The room had a kettle and you could make tea and instant coffee. There was no brewed coffee maker in the room. The hotel did supply packets of real cream rather than just cream powder. The housekeeping staff was inconsistent with delivery of washcloths. That would be my only minor complaint. The room was well made up every day and they provided turn down with a chocolate too. The Internet at the hotel is very expensive, but joining Boingo gets it as part of your membership. Food was expensive, and we only had a late night sandwich as that was all that was available in the bar after 11 pm. I would stay in the hotel again in the future if I am heading to London. I would recommend the hotel.
Positives: Easy to get to Tube, very helpful concierge staff.
Negatives: 3-4 minutes from the tube. no self service laundry facilities. Breakfast was expensive.

Overall, a good experience and great value. Thanks Priceline.
Positives: Very well kept and clean.
Negatives: Little far from the tube, but not too bad of a walk with luggage.

For a London hotel, this was great value for money. It is North American style. Large rooms, great fitness facilities, great beds. The staff was excellent on the knowledge of the surrounding area. Everything was great.
Positives: The rooms were large for a hotel in London, the beds were great, so was the gym.
Negatives: The hairdryer needs to be changed, you have to hold down the button for it to work. Very hard on your finger. Also the coffee in restaurant is weak!

This hotel totally met my expectations for the Marriott brand. The service was polite and generally helpful, room service was okay, and the bed was comfortable.
Positives: Accommodating service, comfortable room.
Negatives: Not a central location for tourism.

Great hotel overall. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Was extremely unhappy that the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were not operational during my visit. Location is actually in Swiss Cottage, not Regents Park.
Positives: Very friendly staff, hotel very clean.
Negatives: Pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all closed when I visited - very disappointed.

Excellent location in Swiss Cottage, 5 minute walk to underground. Room very nice with standard Marriott amenities. Restaurant staff not very good, inattentive not professional. Final hotel bill was wrong, including substantial bar charges that were not mine.
Positives: Location close to tube station.
Negatives: Hotel restaurant staff not up to standards, final bill was wrong also.

Rooms are very comfortable with typical Marriott beds; hotel is clean and fairly quiet. The location is not ideal unless one has business in this part of London but the Tube is a short walk away and there are cabs. Unfortunately a fire alarm sounded at 2:30 a.m. and frightened everyone at the hotel out of sleep. The hotel should have done something to compensate the guests for this inconvenience-free breakfast, free night, or similar. It was really awful to experience as we had no idea what the excruciatingly loud sirens were until we got through to the front desk.
Positives: Very comfortable beds, quite spacious rooms by London standards.
Negatives: Service not top notch, location not ideal, charged for internet point in lobby.

The beds were luxurious and so comfortable. Towels were large and fluffy. Everything was immaculately clean. Furniture and design of the rooms were modern and attractive. Friendly and professional staff. Insufficient TV channels.
Positives: Immaculate cleanliness and condition of the room- very friendly staff.
Negatives: Room service and restaurant are expensive.

Hotel located within a easy walk (5minutes to Central London through Swiss Cottage Tube Station on the Jubilee Line. While outside of Zone 1, it was within Zone 2 which made it close enough that we didn't ride long. The room was comfortable, American style room with modern bathroom/shower and nice beds. My wife and I would stay here again. But keep in mind London is very expensive against the US Dollar. Everything cost twice as much as it would in the states. But we had a pleasant stay and would return.
Positives: Located within the proximity to Central London.
Negatives: Nothing.

The Marriott is a clean, pleasant efficient hotel located within easy walking distance from Swiss Cottage station. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable and representative of European Marriott hotels. This particular hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which was not at all noisy at the weekend I stayed there, but did restrict access to the restaurant.
Positives: Typical Marriott quality room.
Negatives: Room was noisy as it was street side, hotel under refurbishment.

Very pleasant travel experience. Although they are in the middle of an extensive renovation it was not very visible. Staff went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with room & upgraded me when they saw I had 2 separate reservations that would have caused me to move if in a double. Many restaurants near by as well as very close to tube station. Close walk to Camden, St. John's Wood & Zoo. Concierge was excellent with recommendations! A winner in my book for the money an excellent value!
Positives: Very helpful concierge, upgrade to accommodate an extra night stay.
Negatives: There was free Internet in lobby but in room only available by day.

Hotel was okay but using it is a base to work from was a disaster. The overpriced internet service was down for 48hours.
Positives: Friendly, helpful staff.
Negatives: Terrible Internet Connections.
