Beautiful hotel-conveniently located-but hotel staff not aware of cost of bus-train and taxi information.
Positives: Beautiful linens.

I would highly recommend this hotel, from the welcoming lobby, to the beautifully decorated and very efficient room, to the well equipped business center. Ideally located, and very accessible to points of interest and local restaurants, just a short walk away.

Great location and great price. There was a reception in the ballroom and the noise traveled up to our room on the fourth floor. The hotel apologized and offered free breakfast for our troubles.

The room was tastefully decorated with classic colors and furnishings which made it inviting. The staff was friendly and very helpful in planning the next leg of our trip with us, and it was conveniently located to Green Park.
Positives: Classic yet comfortable with very helpful staff (especially the concierge).
Negatives: A horrible view of the hotel's concrete courtyard.
