Through the Priceline,it was not bad. Excellent location and just correct service mean save the money and time. Just one thing,We stayed 4 nights in this hotel then we heard those maids didn't care make the noise 8:30 am every morning. Otherwise not bad.

Positives: Excellent location and correct room service.

Negatives: Old bathroom and expensive wi-fi.

Super hotel and value overall. Rooms are smaller, as is normal with UK and EU hotels. Internet was stupidly expensive at 15 lbs per day. Asian restaurant was a bit expensive for the value. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Positives: Close to Paddington and the tube. Great if you like ethnic food, which I do.

Negatives: The weather could have been warmer.

Very convenient transportation, and many restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Positives: Location is very convenient, can take two differnt metro line.

Negatives: The first day when enter the tolliet, found the garbage bin not changed yet!

The hotel is easy to get to from Heathrow airport by the underground. It is one stop from Paddington Station. Excellent breakfast. Clean comfortable room.

Positives: Clean, friendly, 2 blocks from underground station.

The room was located in the older, dingy tower, not at all impressive. The room lacked plugs for charging travel appliances, and although clean enough, the room was very worn and tired. If this had been marketed as a good budget option, I would have expected less, and been less disappointed.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Uncomfortable bed, stained rug, dingy hallway, expensive extras like Wi-Fi.

Hotel is located to Egdeware Road Subway which is great to be able to link to anywhere in London. Hotel is located in Arabic neighborhood, very crowded area. Not many restaurant variety and mostly Arabic restaurants. Hotel is very busy and you have to wait for everything, for help, for information, for service etc.

Negatives: Very crowded, cold pool and very busy, lack of personal attention.

Room was a good size for a European Hotel, central location and easy to get around London from here. Would stay again.

Nippon Tuk restaurant, (on 23rd floor) was very nice, great view. Room was small compared to other Hiltons, but fine for a European hotel,<BR/>I did not go to London to sit in the room. TV service was limited, but again, not the purpose of my trip. MP3 hookup in room was a nice touch, shower was great. Cafe in lobby very overpriced. Overall a good experience.

Positives: The location near Paddington and the ethnic, (Arab), neighborhood.

Negatives: Room service food was not up to Hilton standards.

The hotel has very nice public spaces and good service in the bar and restaurant. Prices are high, but you expect that for London. The hotel room itself was dark and depressing. Everything was quite clean and all the amenities were present.

Positives: The restaurant and bar are nice.

Negatives: The hotel rooms are unreasonably small and depressing.

Hilton does not have a deluxe rate. We were very disappointed

Positives: The service was poor and I don't have anything positive to say.

Negatives: The staff did not respond to needs quickly. The staff did not help us with our problem of beds expected at check in.

When I first stepped into the lobby of this hotel, the public spaces are quite shiny! But my room itself brought me back down to earth. Not bad, but not nearly as posh as the lobby. In a word, tired. For instance, the TV's remote was so worn that non of its words or numbers were legible. Overall, satisfied for the price.

Positives: Great public spaces, nice staff.

Negatives: Very worn fixtures and furniture in our room.

Small cramped rooms with blocked windows and mediocre air conditioning made this room fine for an overnight stay. I slept in an upgraded larger room here once and it was very superior.

It is a long story, but the hotels actions caused me to be stranded in London with no place to stay and miss my unchangeable flight back to the us. They have been very corporate and unhelpful as I have tried to get compensation for my trouble. It was a dangerous situation and I will probably have to sue them. And I am not normally a litigious person.

Positives: Nice pool.

Negatives: The hotel completely ruined my stay in London. Completely ruined it, and haven't tried to make it up to me.

Rooms were small, bathroom was nice, but the shower was small. Limited television stations, but who watches television on vacation anyway! The location was fantastic - across the road from the tube station. General area around the hotel was nice as well.

Positives: Accessible - short distance to the tube, easy to get to everything.

Negatives: Rooms were a little small.

First class hotel. On the outskirts of central London, but right on an underground stop, five minutes to theatre district. Room size was small for American standards, but what you would expect for Europe. Very modern and clean rooms and an extremely helpful staff.

Positives: Across the street from underground station.

Negatives: Double room could have been a little bigger.

A solid hotel with good local transit access not too far from the standard attractions of London. The phones are outrageously ($90 for two local calls) and the mini fridge has a frightening warning that just lifting any item to look at it will immediately cause a charge to your bill. Not exactly customer friendly.

Positives: Near to public transit.

Negatives: Charged me $90 for two local calls (total length of the calls was about 30 minutes).
