Thoroughly clean room. Very quiet. Staff friendly and obliging. Shower working well and plenty of fluffy white towels. Surprisingly good location for access to central London. Superb parking facilities. My only criticism was that the bathroom floor tiles were very cracked and breakfast time was a bit of a jostle and cups were scarce but at least there was breakfast and staff was quick to open an extra room. Excellent value.
Positives: Clean and quiet. Excellent staff.
Negatives: Cracked bathroom tiles and poor beverages.
