A pleasant but rather utilitarian hotel, good for travelers using waterloo station as only a short cab ride away.

Positives: Clean attractive lobby, friendly staff.

Negatives: Very dirty couch in bedroom.

Great location and good price, but very noisy .I found the staff unfriendly .ideal for a short stay 2/3 nights.
