Steeped in history, The Feathers Hotel is an old Posting and Marketing Inn dating back to Elizabethan times. The inn underwent extensive reconstruction in the early nineteenth century, whilst still retaining some of its original features.

Many secrets are held within The Feathers walls, including our friendly ghost, Charlotte. Featured on televisions Most Haunted we are classed as a haunted inn of England. But never fear, our residents have never complained of a sleepless night.
