We are only a few minutes walk from the lovely South Shore beach, Harbour and the famous Spa Theatre. The Oakwell, which is a non-smoking establishment, is less than five minutes walk from the town centre and less than two minutes walk from Bridlington's sandy South beach.

We are 5 minutes walking distance of the railway station, there are variety of shops and eating establishments all within Bridlington town ranging from fish and chips shops to carvery's Chinese, Indian, Mexican restaurants.

Nearby restaurants include Paradise Life, Jack Stirk, South Bay Fish Bar, and Wing Wah House.
