I was pleasantly surprised by this guesthouse. The photograph makes the room look poky but it was actually bright,clean, and professionally done out, with a decent double bed, mini fridge, tv etc. The owner used to run a big hotel in Brighton and it shows- whilst the house is small everything you would need is there. It is a few minutes from the seafront. The owner Mrs Lloyd is a characterful lady who likes a good yarn! She did her best for us and accommodated our vegetarian breakfast requirements. All in all great value for money.

Positives: Well fitted out, great location, great price, friendly.

Negatives: It is a small house - and some might find it too personal! and there is one breakfast table that you have to share with other guests - but that was okay in the event.
