Spring farm is a traditional East Sussex white weather boarded country house which still has an original well in the garden which is about 70 feet deep. The house was built in 1865 as two hop farm cottages belonging to Guinness and subsequently converted into one house in the 1970`s. Spring farm is set in 3 acres of gardens and meadows in an area of outstanding natural beauty and has stunning views of the East Sussex countryside. It is located just 3/4 of a mile from the Bodiam Castle (National Trust).
