Morven House Hotel is a bed & breakfast located in Weymouth.

Morven House is a family run nine bedroom guesthouse superbly situated just 150 yards from the sea near the beautiful Greenhill Gardens.

Morven House was built in the 1860's by George Crickmay with whom the novelist Thomas Hardy trained as an architect while he lived locally at 3 Wooperton Street. It remained a private residence owned by the Earl of Wilton until 1920 when it was sold to the then occupant Maria Robinson for 140 pounds.

After a period when it was owned by Mr Horton, a surgeon at Weymouth Hospital, it became a hotel in 1945.

Places to eat within 5km of Morven House Hotel include The Waterloo, Hamiltons Restaurant, Al Molo, and Dorset Balti & Tandoori Restaurant.
