Small room but well worth the money. Great breakfast! And the staff was very, very friendly.

Great location in downtown just off the highway. The room was nice, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was far better then I have had at hotels 3x the cost.
Positives: Location and the breakfast was awesome for a continental type.
Negatives: Nothing. It met our needs for a price that was reasonable.

It was OK for a place to crash for a night, but it you would not want to spend much time in the area.
Positives: Staff tries hard to please, they had a decent hot breakfast bar.
Negatives: Quite old and shabby, worn carpets etc.

This caused some major problems for us in that we are a business and need to be in locations we make arrangements with. I am never going to use the roadway inn again; the conditions were described as "a dive".
Positives: It was the only hotel in Omak with any rooms left.
Negatives: When we went to check in, the hotel has no reservation for us.
