The Holt ( Dining / Pubs / Bars ). Located at 178 High Street. As one of the best places to eat in this historic market town, everything from the home smoked prawns to the delicious fresh malt ice cream is produced under the watchful eye of Head Chef Angus McCaig. Menus change every six to eight weeks and showcase a plethora of local suppliers. Drop in for a leisurely lunch, some exciting tapas or just to catch up with friends. Brewing has been in our family for three generations. We are proud to be able to serve all five of the Otter beers (and any seasonal specials) in perfect condition throughout the year. Each is brewed from completely natural ingredients, including water from the head springs of the River Otter. The brewery is less than ten miles from the pub, high up in the Blackdown Hills and surrounded by rolling countryside. www.theholt-honiton.com Link
