With the energetic town just 10 minutes in one direction, and the edge of the Lake District National Park 20 minutes in the other, we are situated in an ideal position for anybody wishing to experience all that the area offers.

The house itself is a family home beside farmland, with excellent views over the countryside and the Solway Firth to Scotland!

We offer a warm, friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy your stay.

We are five minutes walk by footpath to the local pub/restaurant or five minutes by car.
