Ash Tree House is a bed & breakfast located in Keswick.
'Ash Tree House' was built in 1851 as a farmhouse called 'The Hawthorns' and was for some time in the 19th century the home of Victorian novelist Thomas Hall Cain.The house still retains many of its period features and has been our home for the past 20 years.
We are a ten minute walk from the town and are handy for the bus stop to Penrith Railway Station.
Nearby restaurants include Casa Bella, Jasper’s Coffee House, A Different Taste, and Lakeland Sandwich Shop.
