Arrived, had to wait 30 minutes before anyone able to book me in. Room had dirty cups and forks in it. Booked breakfast for 7:30am, 8am still no-one to be found. Started to make cereal for my 10 year old, the milk in the fridge was 10 days out of date! I cannot express how disgusted I was with my stay
