We have twenty en suite rooms including a disabled suite and two family and two pet friendly rooms we are a perfect retreat whilst visiting the Lake District and Arnside AONB Area.

All our rooms are equipped with televisions, hairdryer, trouser press. Radio alarm, and a welcome tray for guests to refresh themselves and WIFI. Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.00.

Enjoy fantastic views of the Kent estuary and the Lakeland mountains which can be seen from the bedrooms, and we provide binoculars in every room.
