Central Park Hotel

the room was smaller than expected, but everything was in working order, clean bathroom, at breakfast all the rolls and bread had to be picked up by hand, no tools provided. I would stay at this hotel again but would like to stay at the front as there was building work at the back in other properties.

Positives: handy for tube and bus, quiet and safe

Negatives: some maintenence work started one day at 8 am to early

Central Park Hotel

The information on the website gave details of services on site or nearby e.g beauty treatment etc. Information I assumed would be available in the information folder in the room. The information folder was empty.
The staff member at breakfast appeared to be abrupt with some of the hotel guests, when they hadn't paid for a English breakfast. I appreciate that this can be tiring but if the information was available and displayed around the hotel this may help her patience!
It would of been helpful if we had directions from Paddington Station either on foot or by train asspecially for a tourist who is very much a beginner!
I would go back to the Central Park Hotel again.

Positives: The hotel was clean and tidy. The timing of breakfast and quality was good.

Negatives: Fridge didn't seem to work properbly and reception could of been a little more friendly and welcoming.

Negatives: some traffic noise, poor toaster, we spent some time waiting for the lift, (air-condition would have been a great improvement)
